Key Health Indicators
The Key Health Indicators selected by Kansas Health Matters represent a foundation for community health needs assessment efforts. These 20 indicators address health issues that are most prevalent throughout Kansas.
The Kansas Health Matters partnership recommends these measures be part of every health assessment and improvement discussion. While communities may want to address other issues, the key indicators should be reviewed.
